C returned home with a different sort of homework today.

Looks like she has been busy in school, working not only on her word blends, and phonics but also doing simple Math. I thought we should do her homework and she proudly exclaimed that she had completed them.

I was pleasantly surprised but definitely very pleased. :) And what was truly encouraging was she didn't need supervision to complete her task. That was nice as it took some stress off me. Hee.
