We all love pizzas but I have never fancied pizzas from Pizza Hut as the crust is way too thick.  And no matter what they did to entice people; crust stuffed with cheese and 3 different types too, I wasn't impressed and would  eat.

So when I found this eating joint, I was clearly overjoyed. :)

 It was quite amazing to see this actually. :) Really good to know that our food is fresh.

 The pizza chef was explaining to us the type of firewood that he needs to fire up his oven. 

Our lunch! Okay, the pictures are tinted rose because we were seated outdoors and under the afternoon sun. But the pizza was delicious and we cleaned out everything on the plate. 

C and I spent the day together! :)

1 September is Teachers' Day and we were both off from school so I thought we could just hang out and spend time together with each other.

She wanted pasta and the initial plan was to go to Swensons and be "the first customers" but the queue was too long to be in it and we went to Pasta Mania instead. It was a good choice the pasta was definitely tastier.

C told me that she has a craving for pizza and she wasn't prepared to take her nap until I promised that we would have it for dinner. So like a doting and sometimes over-indulging mummy, I gave in. These past few days had been crazy and I had been running around that we hadn't been able to do much work in the evenings except for C's homework from Josiah.

So the guilt got to me and I said yes.

C was peering into the boxes and couldn't wait to sink her teeth in the pizza.

And of course to top it all, a little surprise arrived in the mail today.
