Aunt Joanie and I had a day off today and we decided to take our kiddos out. Initially we couldn't decide where to go; it was a choice between shopping and some indoor fun down at Orchard Road or building sand castles at ECP and after much deliberation, we thought it would be better if we went shopping instead as the weather these days is pretty unpredictable. More importantly, our men had to serve their country and couldn't join us so our pinic cum sand building activity would be postponed.
We met in the morning and our girls had a lot of fun playing with each other!
After all the fun, we went for "some" shopping at Isetan and oh boy, we shopped! Aunt Joanie and I got some really good deals!
C's loot! Gap was having a 60% discount and I gripped some items for her and myself. It is good as we are petite *we bought shirts that were meant for 10 and 12 years old* and it was literally a steal for us!
stripped shirt (for me) : $10.44 (up $29)green sleeveless : $12.60 (up $35)
green outerwear : $14.04 (up $39)
jeans : $23.40 (up $65)
total damage : $60.48 (savings : $107.52) woohoo!!
By the way, I am so totally in love with GREEN these days, and I only realised that all the items that I had picked out were of this colour.
ps: Aunt Joanie, I can fit in the shirt! :) and the best part, it's only $10!
