When I came back from work, I found that Cheryl had gone to the playground with Granduncle Chee. I remembered the last time I brought her down there. She was thrilled to be on the slide. When we had to leave, I told her to say "bye bye" to the slide and she hung her head so low, I instantly felt guilty. So I gave her another 5 minutes on it.
Cheryl came back minutes later and Granduncle Chee said she had a little mishap. There was a bump on her forehead. He even bought a cold can of Coke to act as cold compress. Cheryl was okay, I mean, she was still smiling.
Later, I tried to give her a shower. But the floor was wet and Cheryl tried to stand. I lost my balance and although she did not fall, she was pressed against the wall. And you guessed it, I knocked her head. This time, she let out a cry so loud...
I felt so so bad.
