For participating in the Story Telling Fiesta, C was presented with this badge. She recited her story in class and on Wednesday, she presented to several classes. We have no idea if she would be chosen to represent her school but we are just pleased that she has the courage to speak in front of a crowd. She told us that she was terrified but we always gave her tips on how to relax herself and how to focus just before each presentation.
She also practised her speech on her own, which showed that she was serious about doing a good job.
Whatever the outcome, Daddy and I are already proud of her.
There was so much preparation ... C gave me a list of things and had them packed in her bag. She reminded me repeatedly; before she went to bed and the first thing in the morning. I wondered if they were food items that she had moulded. Hmm... haven't asked her though. Haha.
