Painting with Aunt Margaret

This was one of the many gifts Cheryl received for her birthday and she had persistently requested that Daddy do some painting with her. Daddy on the other hand suggested that she brought the craft to Aunt Margaret who incidentally happens to be a good artist herself.

So the first thing C did when we arrived at Grand Mummy's place was to rummage through her bag and show Aunt Margaret the craft work.

Cheryl did help out and tried her hands on some painting and she chose all the colours she wanted. Aunt Di had a better idea and she drew some pictures for C to paint. She loved it so much she said, "This is better than colour pencils." I must say, C's fine motor skills has improved remarkably and she can paint within the lines.
