We were suffering from a hangover from Cheryl's birthday bash the night before but instead of resting, we started baking for C's classmates.
Josiah has this policy of only celebrating birthdays on Fridays and I thought C could bring in some goodies for her friends instead of us getting her a cake in school. Besides, I can't take leave to bring in the cake on Friday.
C was really excited about the dough and she got her hands all dirty trying to cut it with the wonderful cutters that I had earlier bought.
Aunt Di was great!! :) She has everything in order and we quickly packed the cookies into the bag when they were ready.
When I got back, I labeled the goody bags and packed them in a nice bag for her to take to school on Thursday. We were so proud of C; at least she can say she had a hand in preparing the packs.
