After a long break, C and Joshua returned to music class again today. The children were told to prepare a song each to sing and it was really not surprising that most of them chose to sing their all time favourite, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
I know C can be shy at times but I didn't expect her to clam up because she has been one of the most active in class.
Now we all know stage fright happens to even young children.
Teacher Siew Li is very innovative and she comes up with very creative methods to teach her lessons. The children revised their note and note values and they also got a little surprise; some Disney stickers as encouragement for their effort.
Cheryl's eyes widen when she saw Teacher Siew Li putting up bowling pins.
With fun like this, it's no wonder C loves to come to class every Saturday. The children are beginning to learn the bass cleft. Next week, C will have to show Teacher Siew Li 3 pieces of music.
