Daddy and I have been toying with the idea of giving Stream a wash. It had been at least 2 weeks since she was last washed and Daddy has been complaining that she is filthy but we had to do a rush job because we were going to meet Uncle Chris and his family amongst other as we were all going to the Changi Airport Terminal 3 Open House.
Daddy had completely forgotten about it until the last minute.
Cheryl saw Charlotte, Chloe and their little 9 month old brother and she could not get enough of him. C was stroking his hair and face and if she could climb into the pram with him, I think she would.
T3 looks great and the design is quite extraordinary. We went on a tour around the place and we even went into the restricted area. Actually I am quite impressed with how much thought has gone in to make this place more environmentally friendly. I mean, they make use of the natural light we have so we hardly saw any lights being turned on.
I was very surprised and so were many others who were there, that there were real trees inside the lounge.
The "window" on the ceiling that made the whole place so bright and cherry.
We "checked" in with our $1 passes (guided tour will cost $3) but we got our guided tour because we followed the people around. C was running around and enjoying herself. She saw planes and told me that she wanted to take one.
Nowadays, it is quite difficult to convince our Spark to take pictures. Somehow, when I bring out the camera, she will bury her face in Daddy's chest and refuse to look at me. That is until I tell her to make funny faces at me and then she will gladly obey. Then after that, we have to tell her to take a pretty picture.
Much of the airport is still under construction and all the retail stores except some fast food, were still closed. The airport will be fully operational come 9 January 08. There were lots more but we were running after C and couldn't take many pictures.

We went for lunch with Uncle Chris and his family after the tour and by the time we got back, it was 2.30pm. Cheryl took her nap and by 6pm, we were out of the house again.
It's Uncle Tommy's big day today!
Now that C is older, she enjoys such gatherings more. She was trying to pinch some nuts here. And she also helped herself to some finger food that was served.
Here is a shot of us!
