We had wanted to visit the famous Tsukiji Fish Market in the wee hours to witness the fish auction but that didn't materialise yet nevertheless, we made our way there for the very fresh and delicious sashimi breakfast.
We will definitely return to the Market in the future and attempt to wake up at 3am to go down for the auction. Hehehe! This is the entrance to the Market ...
Some shops found in the Market. I guess you can get anything; from plates, to dry good, to vegetables and of course fresh seafood, from this place. There were also many shops there that we could have breakfast. We had to give the Sushi-dai a miss because the queue was extremely long and it would probably take over an hour to sit us in there as the eatery was a tiny place of only 10 sitting capacity.
So we went to another shop.
No pictures or photography was permitted indoors hence no photos of delicious, fresh sashimi. But what I can say is, we all had a fantastic meal. C couldn't get over the fresh seafood and she cleaned out her bowl in double time.
We also visited the Tokyo Imperial Palace.
Unfortunately the Imperial Palace was closed to the public by the time we got there.
The Imperial Palace in the background. That was the moat that surrounded the grounds of the Imperial Palace.
