we went pony riding...

I asked C if she wanted to go pony riding and she gave me a resounding "Yes" so Daddy drove us to the park.

She was extremely excited and could not contain herself. Daddy and I thought that she would be afraid initially but she did well. :)

Daddy got her ready as the care taker approached with the pony. After her straps were adjusted, she climbed onto the pony and off she went.

She seemed like a pro, really! Ha ha.

We were glad she had fun.

She rode on the Trojan Horse and didn't want to dismount.

Then she wanted to feed the ponies. Daddy later confessed that it was his first time feeding ponies as well.

Next, we adjourned for dinner. C had wanted pizza but we couldn't find a good pizza joint so she settled for spaghetti.

As it was still early, we went for a walk and landed ourselves in the library. C browsed through some books and even got me to read her a chinese story book. I was tongue tied for a moment because it has been donkey years since I last read a mandarin story book but I thought I did well and C enjoyed it.

I guess I will take her to the library more often when the December holidays come around.
