We had a fun-filled day!
Since Daddy had taken the day off and our Precious, thankfully, recovered from her illness, we asked how she wanted to spend the day and she replied that she wanted to catch the latest movie of Cars. So around noon, we headed out to the cinema,
C was clearly enjoying it and she was laughing and giggling throughout the movie.
After the show, we grabbed a quick lunch and then got her to do some cooking. :)
There were many different kinds of cooking that the children could try their hands on but C couldn't do 2; moon-cake and bento making as there was an age limit. So the choice available to her were either kaya or pizza making. And since she had done pizza making before, we thought she could make her own kaya this time.
First up, she was introduced to the different food types and how the food pyramid works. Then it was off to learn some social etiquette. She folded napkins and learned to use the fork and spoon in the correct manner.
She moved on to the Station and started her cooking regime. It was okay I guess, from where I stood and I could see that she was enjoying herself mixing and stirring.
Then, an hour later, she was done and she came out with her creation. :)
Not too bad looking! :)
