She was so excited, she was jumping in joy and could not wait to be changed. Surprisingly, she was rather well behaved and didn't run around much. But she wanted to be carried and it is definitely no joke to carry her diaper bag, and Cheryl which is like 13 kg and walk around.
She headed for the toys department at Robinsons and spent a good amount of time playing there. She saw some bowls and a drinking cup with pictures of Dora on them and promptly told me that she wanted them and headed for the cashier.
But along the way, she was distracted with the giggly Elmo and I put the bowl and drinking cup back on the shelves. When we were in the lift, she suddenly remembered that we didn't make payment for Dora and she started crying. I had to bribe her with ice cream and fries before she quieten down.
She so enjoyed her time at MacDonald's that she even kicked off her crocs!
Nothing that some fries and ketchup can't do!
I got shoes for Cheryl for school. And when we got home, we saw this letter in the mail.
Looks like, she is ready for school which is like slightly over 2 weeks away. (Uh huh, that's the amount of time I have left too, before the holidays are over.)
Daddy returned in the evening and both of them spent some good time bonding with each other in the room. Of course, Daddy caught C playing with the camera and snapping more pictures of just about anything.
Then there was some serious bonding between father and daughter and they took some crazy shots of themselves.
Gosh!! Give her more time with the camera and she will learn how to work the video function! Looks like what Uncle Ben said (she will start making her own home videos) will come true much sooner than expected!
