This was a special day for the both of us; we signed on the dotted line and pledged our lives to each other "for better or for worse, in sickness and in health".
It's been slightly over a decade that we have lived our lives together and these 11 years have been quite an experience. To say that it was a bed of roses would be lying yet without the trials and tribulations, we wouldn't be where we are now and we definitely wouldn't have grown stronger nor closer.
This day was quiet; we didn't celebrate it in a fancy way but we have each other and I think this is more than enough. Cheryl is the icing on our cake.
To the man I married, know that I am deeply appreciative for all that you have done; for waking up at 5ish in the morning, when the skies are still dark to send me to work, for lovingly reprimanding when you see that I haven't been who I should have been, for stoically remaining my sense and clarity.
Know that I thank our Heavenly Father for watching over us.
