It is Daddy's 32nd birthday today and Cheryl and I decided to cook dinner!
We bought Daddy a cake on Sunday.
Daddy has been extremely busy at work so our initial surprise for Daddy didn't materialise. We wanted to treat Daddy to a meal but because Daddy couldn't leave work early, we decided to cook dinner instead.
Cheryl came running to the dining table once she saw Aunt Di pour out the flour.
With a little help from Aunt Di and Grand Mummy, we started kneading the dough and mixing the ingredients. Aunt Di and Grand Mummy are such brilliant cooks!
Cheryl was very happy that she could help and she was really serious about the whole affair.
The ingredients were prepared and the cooking started...
Mission accomplished!
After dinner, we had donuts for dessert and Daddy blew out the candle on his "birthday cake" again.
We were glad that Daddy liked the 面粉糕 we prepared. :)
"Happy Birthday, Baby!"
