For hair, C uses Li'l Goat's Milk Tearless Shampoo and Body Wash and Pure Earth Baby Conditioner. The shampoo is also a body wash so it's a perfect 2-in-1. I love the milky and creamy texture and Cheryl loves to lather it all over her body.
You can get these from StarHealth Pte Ltd. I usually order from them and they deliver for free if your purchases exceeds $50.
As for lotion, she uses California Baby's Calendula Cream. It is very fluffy and what I like about it is, it doesn't feel oily at all. It is also very quickly absorbed and it's not messy.

You can get this from Baby Fleur. Watch out for promotions! Once, the cream was going for a decent price of about $16 per tube. (Package of $100 for 6 tubs) Otherwise, I get it online when some mummies organize sprees.

This is a little more tricky as it is only sold in Australia. I had to order online or rely on friends who would be going Down Under for holidays to get it.
The Elomet Cream is a great ointment to have at home and it works on just about any kind of skin irritation. It works wonders on rashes especially; I will apply a thin layer on C and by morning, the rash will be gone. Wonderful stuff!
And the very popular Yu Yee Ointment for her tummy. C just loves the smell and after bath, she wants it applied to her tummy.
