We picked Aunt Angie from work in the evening and went for dinner at the hawker centre in Chinatown. It has been ages since we last came here (ops, Aunt Angie and Uncle Junming came here in the morning!) and the place was crowded.
We had good food and the kids all enjoyed themselves.
Daddy was really sweet; he came to school to pick me up and we had lunch together. I casually commented that I wanted a particular dish but I didn't get to eat it on Friday. He actually remembered and while his plate of delicious noodles sit lonely on the table, he scouted the hawker centre looking for the noodles I had wanted to eat. That was so nice of him! (Thank you, Dear and I love you!)
After dinner, we drove to Orchard Road for our photo-taking session with the Christmas lights. Joshua, Aunt Chloe and Uncle Eugene were supposed to meet up with us but they must be busy. The lights this year is not as fantastic compared to last year's but I guess it's the company we had and nothing can replace the smiles on our little ones' faces.
There were many ballerinas and our girls struck a pose too when they saw these statues. One passer by must be pretty amused with our beauties because he quickly took a shot of them and walked off. Our girls sure know how to capture attention and turn heads.
M&M has a "house" just outside Isetan and we took many pictures there. Cheryl was actually dozing off on Daddy's shoulders but she became wide awake when we asked her to pose for pictures with Zinnia and Yeva.
A beautiful picture of the Aws with their nephew, Jordan.
We also walked to the basement of Wisma Atria where the aquarium is and the kids were totally mesmerized with the fish and the sheer size of the tank.
Time really flies when we are having fun and before we knew it, it was past 10pm. But why was I not surprised that the kids were still actively running around and rolling on the floor?
Yes, Cheryl was making herself very comfortable when we reached Mandarin Hotel's lobby.
We were beat and although we had plans for Sunday, we decided to shelf it for the following week.
