A school calendar was also given to us to keep us in the loop of all the important dates so I guess I can plan for my child care leave to coincide with them. Come to think of it, I didn't take any child care leave the for whole of 2010!

Spelling list!
Now that C is in K2, I am not surprised that she will have to do more work in class. This evening, she handed me a spelling list of words that she had to learn over the next few weeks.
She will have spelling fortnightly and I think that is manageable. She just completed her first revision of the list of 10 words. We will be doing another round of revision the next evening and until 14 January where she will be doing the test. Let's hope she will have no problem with that. (Fingers crossed)
