C is doing addition within 50 now and she breezed through her Math homework this evening. Ms Novelle commented that C is doing well in school and is starting to pick up fast, after the initial hiccup. After the long break, it seemed that C had forgotten much but she has since been on track and also gaining confidence working on her sums.
Well done, Baby!
My only complaint: C needs to read the signs more carefully. After working on a page of addition, she takes for granted that the next page of sums are also on addition. I have to gently remind her that something is different before she realises it.
