Gifts...

Some days back, Aunt Di gave C her Christmas present because they would not be around on the actual day and immediately, they sat down to work on the craft.

It was a sushi-making set and C was thrilled! Even Asher could not resist having a go at it. The end product did resemble sushi, much to our delight. :)

Another set of craft that C received. She needed help doing this as she commented that she didn't have "steady hands".

Stamps!

We forgot to bring our presents along the previous night hence we decided to meet up with Aunt Maureen and family this afternoon.

After lunch, we headed out to the Philatelic Museum and spent some time there.

Daddy got C a "passport" where she had to go around looking for clues and getting the right stamps.
"Be a Stamp!"
A taste of the olden days...

The museum also features some of the post boxes of the past.
There were already vending machines for stamps!

Daddy, the post man.

The children were putting up a show of their own...

Ha ha!

Nice!

Christmas Party @ Aunt Venika's

It as a departure of our annual Christmas celebrations. Usually, we would be at Aunt June's or Uncle Joe's place for Christmas but because they, together with Grand Mummy, Aunt Di and family and Jules have gone off to celebrate Christmas in Malaysia, we went for a party at Aunt Venika's.

What a spread!

Mummies!

Kids and the Daddies!

JJ got to blow the candle out as the other children were too busy playing.

Gift exchange! :) Lovely smiles and definitely a relaxed evening well spent. :)

Lovely Christmas!

These were taken when we went shopping.

revision

It may be the holidays still but C still does her revision.

Not just for English but also for Mathematics. I can't risk having her forgetting all that she has learnt come the new school year.

test!

It has been 3 months since C cleared her Swim Safe 2 and today, she would be doing her test to see if she could progress to the next stage.
C and Yeva getting ready to do the first part of the test; back stroke.

Then they had to swim the free style...

and both of the girls cleared the stage.

an email...

I received an email ... .

It appears that one of C's videos at Disneyland Hong Kong has been spotted and will be used by Disneyland for their promotion. :)

The email was by FishBowl Worldwide Media and they have written to seek permission to use C's videos. I hope they will eventually send me a link informing me of where they have used the clip.

Road Trip with Racing Team (Part 3)

This was the final leg of our journey and we headed out to A'Famosa at Ayer Keroh.
The condo unit that we were in. It was spacious.
And the view from our balcony.

We drove out to Malacca for lunch and a little shopping and sight-seeing.

 Pretty Mummy Venika.

The next morning, we explored the theme park a little further and got the children their first ride on the go-kart.

Pretty Mummy Maureen and Allegra with C and myself.

C managed well except that she forgot to step on the brakes.

Well done!

Our Spark who must be mighty proud of herself! :)

:) Just glad that the children had fun.
