Cheryl is growing bigger by the day. The last time she was weighed, she was about 8kg. In the past 1 week, Grandaunty June has managed to put Cheryl on a schedule.

0630hr - Cheryl wakes up

0930hr - She drinks her milk and takes her shower

1000hr - She takes her morning nap; which by the way will last for 2 hrs.

1230hr - Cheryl eats her lunch; fish porridge with vegetables

1500hr - Cheryl takes her afternoon nap; another 2 hrs

1730hr - She eats her dinner

2000hr - She takes her shower

2030hr - She takes her milk and goes to bed

Yesterday, I even managed to make her take her nap without suckling on my breast! It was a huge accomplishment. At nights, when she wakes up for her feeds, she also drinks very readily from the bottle. Looks like we are moving on the right track.

I don't have my camera with me so I cannot take pictures so bear with me. The pictures will come, ...eventually.

When Cheryl was younger, hmm... 8 months old, she used to be very afraid of taking her bath outside of her comfort zone. It means that if she did not have her bath tub, she would be screaming and clinging to me like a koala bear.

But surprisingly when she took her bath today, she was very happy. She was bouncing, jumping and kicking her legs when I turned the shower on. She even tried to hold the shower head. I was telling her, "Cheryl is a big girl now." And my heart swelled up with pride.

At times like this, I wonder who is the child here.
